Made a mistake trying to avail of the student offer

Hi,

I'm a student. I logged in from my general mail id by mistake. Now I have to activate my 48 account from my student ID. It's showing "this activation code has already been used for other mail id". I have to activate using student plan otherwise I'll discontinue 48 account. Kindly assist me what to do.
