I haven't received SIM card

Hi, I ordered a SIM for the 12.99€ plan last Friday and I haven't received yet.
I got a mail from 48 saying "Don't forget to activate your SIM".
Is my order lost?

SIM orders can take up to 6 working days to be delivered. 

Once you’ve ordered your SIM, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After your SIM has been dispatched, you’ll receive another email to let you know it's on the way. We use AnPost for all SIM deliveries, so your SIM should be delivered within 3-6 working days.

So you probably need to wait until early next week and if it still hasn't arrived either try again or contact 48 support about this.
