Are you sure that your phone is capable of 5G?
What is the make and model?
Are you on the €12.99 plan which is the only one that offers 5G connectivity?
Some phones show LTE when on 4G and that doesn't indicate any problem - e.g.:
Are your APN settings configured correctly?
