Your post is a bit confusing.

This is very confusing...

  • I have my number with 48
  • Ported a number instead of starting new number
  • I was trying to change another number to 48 but ported the new number instead

What are all these numbers that you are referring to here and where does your number come into it?

What number is now associated with your account?

Are you saying that you wanted to get a new 089 number with your 48 SIM but you ported your wife's number to your 48 SIM/account instead?

Is that what this means?

  • No[w?] my phone number not working and my wife's is ringing my phone

How did you manage that?

Seems very odd given the number porting process involved means that it's difficult to port a number by mistake without knowing that that's what you're doing:

If that's not the issue then you'll need to explain more clearly what exactly you did and what the problem is.

You may need to contact 48 support for assistance with this.
