When was it working ok for you last? 

Do you mean that mobile data has stopped working altogether or you are only getting 4G/LTE now? 

Are calls and texts working?

Do you still have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?

Do you have an active €12.99 membership plan? 

Are your APN settings still correct? 

Did anything change on your phone recently? 

E.g. software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new phone handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?
