Hello 48 team,

I switched to 48 a month ago and was promised a monthly payment of €9.99 for the first 6 months. However, my second payment is showing as €12.99 instead of €9.99.

Could you please check why I am being charged a different amount and confirm that my monthly plan is €9.99 for the full 6 months, as originally promised?

Did you leave monthly membership plan auto-renewal enabled after buying your first plan as required in order to avail of this offer?

3. Auto-renew must remain enabled to avail of the 6 consecutive discounted plans at €9.99 per month. If auto renew is disabled by the time your current plan expires and while there are still €9.99 plans stacked on your account, you will not be able to avail of the stacked €9.99 plans and your monthly plan price will be €12.99 upon your next plan renewal date.

If you didn't then you no longer qualify for the €3 discount on the €12.99 plan for 6 months according to the terms and conditions.
