Where is the chat/message button to contact 48 support?

It says the opening hours for assistance with queries. Just click on the message icon bottom right of the screen. For the love of God where is the icon to message??????

The chat/message button has never appeared/worked for me for a long time. 

I've reported it to 48 support to no avail. 

You'll need to contact them by email or phone instead.
