Keep same number

I signed up yesterday to 48 am keeping same number i done this online but am still waiting on sim card but my phone seems to be in limbo now not able to receive or give calls on my current 3 network is this normal

Hey, I have open account back in September but never activated my card and I’m charged 12.99 euro every month for nothing. Did you have similar situation?

On the e12.99 plan ,I do not seem to be able to call the uK despite having many minutes. Any clarification?
