Mobile data not available on my new phone

I just changed my phone which I got it from my country. I noticed that I got no data for online-internet?

Do calls and texts work ok?

Did you configure your APN settings for mobile data to work?

I have been on 48 for 2 years now and the roaming data never works.. the one time I managed to get it to work.. ut was weak and patchy. I have chosen to change network over this! It is far to unreliable, and when ever I have contacted them.. they just say its an issue they are working on.

This is a completely different issue to the one originally reported in this thread. 

Unfortunately many people still seem to have problems when trying to use roaming services for some reason and nobody from 48 has ever explained why or provided a guaranteed fix.

As such, the usual generic advice for roaming issues applies...

If your SIM predates January 2023 then maybe get a replacement in case it helps with roaming issues:
