I canceled my subscription last month and received an email confirmation from customer care, assuring me that my cancellation was processed successfully. However, despite this confirmation, I noticed that a payment was still deducted from my account two days ago. This situation is incredibly frustrating and feels unfair, especially since I followed the proper procedures to end my subscription. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

Did you leave membership auto-renewal enabled such that it kicked in again this month?
If you're leaving 48 but not porting your number to another provider then it makes sense to ensure that auto-renewal is disabled to prevent this happening.
It's also a good idea to delete your registered payment card details from your My48 account to prevent any further charges being levied.
48 support don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum so if you want them to look into something then you'll have to contact them directly yourself.
