48 app suggesting that €12.99 plan limited to 200GB data

On my 48 app the circle chart bar is telling me that there is 200 GB of mobile data in total, but I signed 12.99€ plan for !unlimited! data. I already used 50 GB. Tell me, please, i have 200 GB or it's just bar on 200 GB and it will keep going?

The €12.99 plan definitely gives you unlimited data. 

Customers on the €12.99 Plan have unlimited data for domestic usage in the Republic of Ireland.

Are you sure you have the latest app installed? 

5.0.19 is the latest version on Android at least.

Mine is the exact same ever since the unlimited data was released it has never changed, I presume it's just a visual thing as 48 have told me I have unlimited data. It shows when you click somewhere on the circle on iOS, I'm not sure if it does on Android @dalyer ?

I don't understand what you mean.

Oh that’s annoying the image is not loading. I’ll try put it here again.

But yeah on the iOS app it shows “2.5GB used of 200GB” for me. It shows correctly like you showed there on the website for me so it must just be a visual glitch on the iOS app if the OP has the same issue.

Are you (both) sure that you have the latest app installed? 

And what does the website link to your My48 account Dashboard show?

Yeah the app is definitely on the latest. The My48 website is showing correctly “2.5GB used” just like your screenshot above, it’s just the app is not showing that for me. Yeah it seems to be just a glitch within the iOS app.
