What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan and expiry date? 

Has your €12.99 5G plan started yet? 

Or is it listed as a stacked upcoming membership plan on your Buy Plan page such that it won't start until your current plan ends?

Do you have a 5G phone? 

Are your APN settings configured correctly?
