Hi, I’ve upgraded to 5G paid the €12.99 and my current plan expired but when I’m trying to call anybody (an automated message is saying that my plan has expired.)

What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?
Are there any stacked upcoming membership plans on your Buy Plan page?
Can you receive calls?
Can you send/receive texts?
Can you use mobile data?
