No internet access -- 70G credit left

I can't access internet on my phone with my 48 sim as of today 26-Jan-21.

hi,for the last 12 hours my phone keeps acting up ,i cant recieve or make calls, no service ,emergency calls only, 

I can't call or receive call from just one particula number.
