You'll need to post more info.
Did it work before?
If so when did it stop working?
If not then did you activate it and buy a membership?
Do you have an unlocked phone?
What exactly happens when you put it into the phone?
Any network connection/signal?
Any error messages?
Did you configure your internet settings?
