First membership but no internet

Hi, 

I have just paid for the first membership for my wife phone, it is the 7.99 promotion which is 100 GB. We waited a few days for her number to change from 3three to 48. Anyway, she can now call using the phone on 48 but she has NO internet even though it says online she has 101 GB remaining. 

Does it take a certain amount of time for the internet to work? Does she need to do something to the phone before the internet starts working, the phone is unlocked and she can call but no internet and no internet icon showing at top of phone either. 

And, if I need to contact 48, please advise best way, we are new to 48.
