I changed to a different bank card and added €10 credit but I can't apply it to my original plan. I don't want to buy a new membership. I don't know how to re-instate my plan.
I can't renew my membership for September because my plan was canceled. Auto-renew was on but my card had to be blocked just before payment was to be made.
Would you be able to post me a new Sim card ASAP. My phone was stolen today and I have no way to access my calls or use my unlimited Internet access. Thanks for your kind help. Gordon Celender
