Or are you just joining 48?
If you're just joining then you should review the New to 48 FAQs:
Did you successfully activate the SIM?
Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?
Are there any error messages when you log into your My48 account?
Have you tried reseating the SIM in case it's not inserted/seated correctly?
