I've updated my card, but still can't make calls

If you mean that you had membership plan auto-renewal enabled, it failed because your card expired, and you then updated your card details with the new ones, then you need to buy your next membership plan manually before auto-renewal takes over again from next month. 

In this case auto-renewal won't try again after you've updated your payment card details. 

You need to buy your next membership plan manually.
