What exactly do you mean by "top-up"? What did you buy?
Membership plan, add-ons or cash credit?
What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment?
What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status, expiry date and allowance balances?
Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plan?
What exactly do you mean by "I still have blocked calls"?
Can you make calls? Receive calls? Send texts? Receive texts? Use mobile data?
If outgoing calls don't work then what happens when you try? Any error messages?
