Guys I'm trying to join the 48 network but I keep receiving emails stating there's been a problem.
I'm trying to move from prepay GoMo to 48. I have chosen every option available in a desperate attempt at one of them working but all results in the same.
I can't seem to be able to get in contact with someone from 48. There never seems to be a live chat option available, I've been trying the past 2 days. Any recommendations?

Do you have the old network's SIM in your phone and is it working in order to receive the code?
Can you receive other texts on that SIM?
You may need to contact 48 support to ask them to look into this issue and see if there is another way to obtain the number porting security code if you cannot receive it using the old SIM.

If you're having a problem then you need to explain it clearly if you want assistance from the Community Forum.
What are you trying to do, what steps are you taking to do it, what happens/goes wrong, any error messages, etc.?
