Your post isn't really that clear. 

You'll need to explain the issue more clearly if you want assistance from the Community Forum.

What exactly did you buy? 

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status, expiry date and allowance balances?

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment/purchase?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership? 

What do you mean "the page said me that I haven't credit"?

What page? 

What is the exact message? 

Can you make/receive calls, send/receive texts, use mobile data? 

When were you able to do all that?
