Cannot verify new email address (verification code error)

Hi,
I’m trying to change my account email address to a new one. I entered my new email and received the verification code successfully.
However, every time I input the code, it keeps telling me the code is incorrect / invalid, even though I typed the exact number from the email.
I have tried requesting new codes several times but the problem still exists.
Could you please help me fix this issue or manually update my email for my account?

Is there any chance that you're selecting, copying and pasting the code and extra characters or spaces are being included rendering the code invalid?

You'll probably need to contact 48 support for assistance with this. 

They don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.
