Your post is not clear.
When you log into your online account what does it say about your membership status, expiry date and cash credit balance?
Remember that topping up your credit balance is not the same as buying membership.
And remember that buying a new membership when the current one has time left to run does not give you a new membership immediately even if the current membership allowances have been used up.
