Can’t receive playsation 2fa texts but I use to be able and no nothing wrong with their servers as my friend was able to get his please help I’m locked out of my account

This seems to happen to some users from time to time for some reason that I've never seen explained properly. 

You'll probably need to contact 48 support about this.

But they may just say that you need to check with Sony.
