Can only make calls sometimes!!

I'm losing the will to live at this point. I've been in contact with 48 about my problem 7 times at least and still same issue.

I have a Samsung A36. Never had any issues with my device before but for the last 3 months, I can't connect to calls sometimes while other times I can. It's mind boggling why this is happening. Many times no matter where I am outside (drive for living), i would have 2/3/4 bars and while the call is attempting to connect, it drops to zero!! Sometimes, it works fine but it's becoming a real nuisance now because been able to call is becoming harder for the call to connect. The sim I was using isn't an old sim but nevertheless, I got another one from 48 and same issue and then another sim same issue. I've tried orher sims in my unlocked phone and everything is fine.

Aa for receiving calls? Omg, so irritating. People are standing beside me and calling my phone and it rings for them but my phone doesn't show that someone is calling me!!! I don't want to leave 48 network but I'm considering it because I need my phone for work and it's becoming a real serious issue now and I'm tired of this. Even support told me they don't know what's wrong and are baffled by it. Can anyone help me or have any ideas whatsoever could be the problem? Thanks very much!

It was working fine with the same phone and a 48 SIM up to 3 months ago?

Very odd.

Unfortunately I can't offer any suggestions to be honest.

I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat or email ([email protected]).

Yup!! Working perfectly fine upto 3 months ago. It is absolutely bewildering why some calls i can make and most calls it's not connecting where the signal bars drop to zero. I'm aware it's an issue that can't be fixed for whatever reason. At this stage, it's looking like I'll just have to move to a different network. I thought it may of been the 8.5 update on my phone that caused the issue but upgraded to 9.0 recently and issue still exists.
