hi, I was registering my new sim and firstly it was saying "Oops you got an error! We are unable to register your sim". and now it is telling me that my account has been deactivated and to register with a new sim if i want to reactivate it. I am really unhappy with doing this and won't be staying with 48 if this is the case as i have already been waiting 3 weeks for a sim which didn't arrive and had to reorder one which took another week. any help would really be appreciated!!
