internet add on

Ive gotten a ibternet add on couple of weeks ago and ive used it all up, now when I try and get another add on it takes me as far as payment choice and nothing happens?

Not sure why that is.
Do you get any error messages?
Have you tried topping up your credit balance and then buying the add-on online or by text?

Same thing is happening to me, no error message comes up it just doesn't load, its as if the button isn't working. I tried it with buy from balance and with card but it still isn't working, can anyone help?
