Mobile data not working while roaming abroad

Good morning, I'm unable to use my internet in other countries. This is the second time this has happened.

What countries?

Did calls and texts work? 

Unfortunately many people still seem to have problems with roaming abroad on 48 for some reason.

For roaming issues the usual advice applies...

If your SIM predates January 2023 then a replacement may mitigate or eliminate roaming problems:
