transferred my number, everything looking good,

put the sim in my phone, everything looking good

then bam, cannot connect to network

straight into settings, i cannot manually or automatically connect my 48 simcard to the 48 network

just comes up ''your simcard does not allow a connection to this netwrok''

so my 48simcard does not allow me to connect to the 48 network?

any help would be greatly appreciated!

OK - probably bet to get onto 48 support to get assistance from them.

Maybe it's a bad SIM and needs replacement.

If possible try it in another phone to see if it works there.

And try cleaning the SIM/contacts gently and reseating it just in case that's all that's wrong.

Good luck.

Is your phone definitely unlocked for use on any network?

Was the phone working on another network before this? Which one?

Is there any chance that the phone was stolen and the IMEI blocked?

Is the IMEI OK - dial *#06# and you should get a 15 digit number. Don't post it but just confirm that it's not, say, all zeros.

Can you try the SIM in another unlocked phone just to check that it's OK?

If necessary contact 48 support:
