I purchased €10 credit and i put it in and my balance changed to €10.80 and as soon as I went to buy my guideo membership it wouldn't go through, so I looked at my balance again and it was only 80c? What can I do? Or what happened please get back to me

My guess is that you DID manage to buy Guido membership but it has stacked to kick in when your current membership has expired. 

A new membership does not start immediately if a current membership still has time left of its monthly period to run.

If you use up current membership allowances then buying a new membership is no use (until the current membership expires) as you don't get the new membership allowances immediately.

In that case you need to buy add-ons to tide you over to the end of the current membership month.

 

Your online account should clarify:

 

https://www.48months.ie/my-48 

 

Check what it says about...

 

  • Your current membership type and expiry date
  • Your next membership and start date under Membership Planner (if applicable)

Also check your My History page:

 

http://www.48months.ie/my-48/my-history

 

and check what recent payments/topups/purchases are listed there.

It just says the last time I topped up but not today's top up
