Landline not working

I topped up my landline twice and it said successful but when I check it or try to ring it says no credit on the site

Do you mean that you bought landline add-ons?

What does your online account say about landline mins balance and/or your landline add-on balances?

What sort of number are you trying to call?

Remember that some landlines (e.g. international calls, 1850/1890 etc.) are not covered by membership or add-on landline allowances and are charged from your cash credit balance.
