I can't get access to internet, my settings are correct but the following message is displayed: "could not activate cellular data network. you are not subscribed to a cellular data service"

Could you help me on this? I recently got a Vodafone smart prime 6 unlocked. I'm on 48, I'm getting calls and texts no problem but I have no data. The phone seems to think its roaming the whole time. Any ideas? Thank you William.
Sometimes a text only comes hours later than it was actually sent to me and sometimes it doesn't come at all.First thought it might have been my phone but I recently upgraded and yet the same keeps happening, very frustrating
I have paid twice for credit and havnt recived it yet? I either want refunded €10 and my month member ship or 2 months membership I've paid and have proof of payed
