re no landline calls after topping up

my husband topped up yesterday and has mobile calls since but no landline calls

My internet is so slow and is on "E" everywhere I go I used to have "H" but somethings changedsomeone help ?

My 3G always disappears and an E shows up. The times that my 3G is working my internet is seriously slow! And it's not my phone as it's a perfectly working iPhone 4

Roaming in Sweden - no Provider showing

Brother is in Sweden this weekend with his iPhone 5. He has €3 on his roaming balance. But his iPhone won't show any provider ... anyone know who the official partner is in Sweden and how to hook up ?
