kickback not coming through

So I ordered a SIM card, gave one to my boyfriend, he registered it, and brought the Guido membership, but I have not received any kickaback credit.

No Carrier Option under settings

Hi,Just changed to 48 on my iPhone 4s can't get any signal. when I open my settings there is no option to go into carrier, anybody know why this option is missing. I restored the phone to factory setting,
