Cannot receive texts , none from the last 48hours have come in, everything else works fine. Please help, thanks
Resolved! 300 mins Guido ran out - topped up to Standard and still can't call
As per title. My Guido membership seems to be still active. I ran out of my 300 mins so bought Standard today. When I attempt to make a call I am told that I have no credit.
I've moved network but I don't have my old 48sim to get the sim password to change it over.

getting the internet started
I've just signed up to 48 and purchased The Guido membership yest. Phone calls and text working. No internet access though. My phone is a Doro 810 and i've switched on data roaming. what other details do I need? please help chris
