Topped up by 10 it did say that my balance is 10 but its already been an hour and I still can't call,I topped up last month and it was all fine.help please

Hi

So you topped up €10... But have you an active membership?

48months is unique as it works with membership as opposed to topups like other Networks.

Can you check On your My 48 page that you have a live membership running, if not - you will not be able to make calls etc...

The Guido = €10 is that your intention? if so, follow through & select.
Once the €10 is turned to membership-you can make calls etc.

Can you post back if this is what happened?
