Option to change registered bank card details is disabled

My bank card has expired and I need to update the new details.  When I select my profile the payment details option is greyed out and will not allow me make updates.  Does anyone know what I should do?

Are you using the app or the website?

Does this link allow you to update your card details?

Or can you delete the existing registered details and add the new ones from scratch?

If you can't make progress on this then you'll have to contact 48 support for further assistance.
