Can't make free calls since yesterday don membership is still on

hi guys i have been wait for over 3 hours now for my number to be switched and just wondering is there a problem with it

even though I have the Don package brand new untouched. Getting abv message even with €20 call credit and the ppl in the uk cannot call me either they are getting the same message???

Ive been trying to pay my membership for almost 3 days now... Considering going back to meteor at this stage atleast il always be able to top up there n not stuck without a phone...... When will this be sorted?
