Was mobile data working before now?
Were you getting 5G?
Did anything change on the phone in the meantime?
E.g. software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, changed handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?
Are you still getting mobile data connectivity but only on 4G rather than 5G or what?
Are calls and texts working ok?
Are your APN settings configured correctly?
