Some Texts not Sending, some not Receiving - iMessage issue?

I'm having a problem with my text messages in the past week or so. Some messages I send are not being received on the other end, some messages that have been sent to me are not making it to me. I'm not sure if it's coincidence or not, but it seems to be only with other iPhone users. My iPhone to iPhone messages are no longer 'blue' in the inbox as they usually are for iMessages.

 

I've also had a fuzzy phone reception in the past week or so. This is my first month with 48 and the first fortnight or so was fine.

Hi...my mother and sister are both 48 customers but I'm not receiving their texts? Can you tell me.what's wrong

Are you also a 48 customer?
Did you ever get their texts?
Do you get all other texts?
Can they send texts to each other?
