Phone and text numb

When I call a number my number transferred number comes up on their phone but when sending a Text the 48 SIM number comes up on the receiving phone. The 48 SIM number is not known to all my contacts, what to do?

What number is listed on your My48 account?

Is this the number that comes up at the callee's end when you call them? 

What exactly do you mean by "when sending a Text the 48 SIM number comes up on the receiving phone"?

What do you mean by "the 48 SIM number"?

Are you and/or your callees using an iPhone? 

Could this be an iMessage issue?
