Reported SMS issues weeks ago - no support contact since

Hi there,

I reported an issue with sending/receiving SMS to another network a couple of weeks bag via online chat - was promised follow-up from tech team in 3-5 days. Not a sausage since. Don't fancy going through the whole rigmarole of reporting again - any thoughts?
