Plan purchased 20/8/24 not showing on account

Why i already top up last 20/08/2024, why I'm stil no top up according to the app. I have my payment on my bank and already deducted 12.99 euro.

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status, allowance balances and expiry date?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments/purchases? 

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans?
