Paid membership but cant use my phone

It says that i have paid my membership but is giving me no texts, calls, NOTHING. It even says that i have 0 mins but that i have paid until november 😕

Il see about the replacement sim because like im not with 48 that long. Well i have no data so im surviving on wifi atm.. 😕

If you order a replacement SIM then you will definitely be offline for a few days until it arrives. I wouldn't do that. I'd order a new SIM just in case (see here:  You need a new SIM?) but in the meantime would wait and see if (a) 48 support can explain the issue and (b) if services resume for you when the new membership kicks in at midnight on the 16th (?).

Ya im gonna wait before i jump the gun and order a new sim. Its good advice so thank you 🙂 I really hope it gets fixed.
