Hi,
Someone has tried texting and calling me over several days from an Irish mobile in Portugal. I have not received any of the calls or texts and have had no missed calls. They ended up having to call someone elses mobile here - on a different network - for them to pass on a message.
Why am I not receving the incoming calls or texts when my friends phone does?
Thanks

You probably need to ask 48 support to look into this for you:

Hope this helps.

Hi there, I'm having the same problem and the online agent couldn't help us. He simply said "we don't block numbers". I use to be with Lycramobile in Ireland and could get texts from the uk on my phone (so could my wife). We then ported our number to 48 but no longer get the UK sms messages. The only thing that changed was the porting of the number (we still have the same phones). The UK carrier says the sms was sent and was charged. Something is happening at the last step in the process. Most disapointing. They (uk) said "We have checked the logs for the reported MSISDN and found that the messages were processed from our platform towards the carrier operator's end and from carrier operator's platform towards the end user's handset in timely manner."
Any help?

If it comes to it and is of any use then there is a complaints process outlined in the code of practice:
