Non-48 customer can't make calls to me or send me texts?

Hi so in my family two other 48 users can text me and can call me as normal but another member who is on e mobile cannot call me or text me. We've been trying for the last hour but his calls aren't coming through nor are his texts??? 

 

How do I sort this? Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks for the help, turns out my phone took a bit longer to transfer over... even though it said I was with 48 I only got the welcome to 48 text about 4-5 days later 🙂

hmm... that seems like an issue on the e-mobile side of things!

is he able to send calls/texts to other networks fine?
are you able to send him calls/texts?

This has cropped up a few times for 48 users.

Just in case it's an issue at the 48 end I think you should log a support query to ask 48 to look into this for you.

Still sounds odd but if it's all working now then happy days... Man Happy
