I topped my credit up by 20 euro just before I lost my sim, but online it says I only have 5 euro? Im new to 48 and havung problems before I even made a phone call off my new number! Not a happy camper!

Any chance you topped up your credit balance by €20 and then bought membership or add-ons costing €15 - e.g. Mitch or Doke for €15? If you did that then the cost of the membership or add-in is deducted from your credit balance. Your online account should clarify what topups and purchases you made under My History:

If you lost your SIM then you should order a replacement choosing the "block" option:

 

https://www.48months.ie/my-48/change-my-sim
