No service but transfer of number still in progress

So finally my phone says no service which is a good sign regarding moving my number. However on 48 months website it still says " transfer in progress" ive done everthing correctly. I dont want to be linked to any other link, i want to know if its going to be worked out by 48 months.

When did you request the number port?
If it was more than 2 porting business hours ago then you will need to log a support query to ask 48 support about this.

That is happening me too. I don't know how to fix it. Someone please help!
