hi,
I used to have lyca number, then i got 48sim and transfer my old number to 48.
then i bought €10.99 membership online and recevied message on my48 app 100GB allowence , unlimited calls and texts.it took money from my account too.
but when I use my phone to make call , a voice msg says you need buy membership. but i bought already for €10.99.
is there any phone number to contact customer service ?

Does this happen when you're calling Irish landline/mobile numbers?
If so then you'll have to contact 48 support.
