I bought phone credit and when I tried putting it in my phone it said the code was expired

When did you buy it?

Do voucher topups expire after a period of time?

Yeah a voucher top up.. Bought it around half 9 today

If you definitely entered the voucher code correctly and it says it's expired then you'll have to contact support.
